The Chinese Medical Association (CMA) is a bridge that connects the Party and the State with medical workers and is an important propelling force for the development of medical science in China. As one of its vital components, the Chinese Urological Association (CUA) is aware of the importance of continuing education and training, adding bricks to China's "the two centenary goals" and improving the professional level of medical workers. The CUA aims at promoting the development of medical science, popularizing it among the Chinese people, recruiting more talents for this field, and integrating medical science into economic construction. The new board of CUA put forward the slogan of "Cultivating Talents and Promoting Urology" and established the CUA Training Department to train urological talents, hatch high-quality scientific research projects, improve clinical treatment standards, and promote the fast development of CUA and urology in China. We will strive to improve the overall strength of urology, become a leader in Asia and a strong competitor in the world.
