The 12th Youth Committee of Chinese Urological Association (CUA) was established in March 2021. Leading by the chairman Professor Huang Jian, all 62 committee members are ready to gather strength to march again:

1. Follow the instructions of the CUA committee and devote ourselves to six major tasks: leading academics, strengthening research, cultivating talents, enhancing clinical practice, public welfare, and international communication.

2. Cultivate the young elites with outstanding medical skills and decent academic attitude, and unite the young strength to convey China’s voice and expand global influence of Chinese urology.

3. Focus on building up an academic communication platform to enhance communication, provide guidance and encourage growth for young urologists, and finally improve the overall level of Chinese young urologists.
